I love this book: The Return of Desire - A Guide to Rediscovering Your Sexual Passion, by Gina Ogden

I just finished it and plan on reading it again, starting tonight!

Basically, the author polled women and men using a survey she calls an ‘ISIS’ Survey and then meshed their answers with stories, anecdotes and exercises. An awesome read. It talks about everything from monogamy, dogma, spirituality, emotional intimacy, bisexuality, communication, masturbation, polyamory and sex toys. It's great to hear others stories and get to hear private experiences and conversations that we usually only share with our closest friends - plus, since the author is a therapist, she gives a very positive spin on desire.

Eye-contact became Souls embracing

The second time I imbibed the mushroom sacrament was just after I graduated highschool, a friend and I were sitting in the park, blissfully enjoying each others conscious company, letting the mushrooms kick in as we basked in the amazement of each others awareness and playfully trying to cross our eyes in a manner that lets us visualize each others third eye. Our conversation became more of a completion of each others thoughts, that click and understanding, until there came a moment where we both felt the same thing, we were conscious of the Us consciousness, I and You melted away. The first click was a brief with a moment of confusion, sort of like 'What was that?' 'There is no 'Was', and We became I again. To keep up our connection it felt as if I would push us further along the spiral and he would pull with the energy of what hed learned, teaching my consciousness something to digest so i could in turn power level us deeper. The whole night our internal and external enviroment was a conscious syncronicity, we felt this is exactly what we should be doing, this is what we pine for, this satisfies every metaneed. The clearest thing that was communicated was him telling me that hed never truly experienced love and was abused as a child, and I could feel exactly how bad it was and cried with direct empathy. The timeless hours had worn out our energy by sunlight, throughout the night to continue stimulating the connection it had degraded a bit because we needed physical manipulation of each other for serotonin drive, still clothed, a pure form of bodywork, pure tantra, occasionally needing an affectionate touch on bare skin.

Tuva Camp 2008

Dear Friends

Thank you for your interest to our music.

Last summer we held a throat singing camp in Tuva.

We had 14 students from around the world - 8 of them were from the US, 2 from Australia
2 from Denmark, 1 from France, 1 from England.
After arriving in Tuva, the students spent 1 week in Kyzyl, the capital city.
They were able to see many tourist attractions, see a Tuvan shaman,
and attend the Naadym - National Harvest Celebration.

The students then went on to spend 1 week in the deep taiga, with members of the Tuvan throat singing group Chirgilchin,
learning various styles of throat singing, traditional Tuvan instruments, as well as the Tuvan language.

This summer, we are trying to get 2 groups to go to Tuva again, in either June or July.

With every Word we Utter

Dear Mr. T,

With every word we utter,
with every question we ask,
in one of two destinations,
our awareness is guided.

When guided into Story,
whether past-remembered, present-analyzed or future-fantasized,
our awareness gets bogged
in Sam-sa-ra’s sorrow, pain, fear, aggression, pride, control and folly.

But, when awareness is allowed to unfurl,
in the limitless expanse of the present moment,
the love, devotion, peace, insight, happiness and bliss of our Buddha-nature
is deeply drunk, no less explored.

No, Mr. T;
no matter how politely you ask me,
I will NOT go into story
for it is but a quagmire of a trap,

deceitfully distracting us
from the cutting edge of the present moment.

No matter how politely or earnestly
a child pleads with me
to give him liquid plumber to drink,
I shall NOT give it to him.

Likewise, now matter how you may try
to persuade, coax or manipulate me,
I will NOT give you
the poison of story.

Mr. T, the allure of my past,
pales in contrast
with the importance
of your now!

Tread you Theravada, Mahayana or Mantrayana:
the highway of now
is the one path trod
by every great Buddhist saint.

There are two ways to approach this path, my friend:
by Contriving a concentration upon now,
or by Spontaneously relaxing into the present moment.

To the uninitiated, the difference in technique
could seem to be the width of a hair,
but the results could be as separate
as Heaven and Earth.

Everyone dies.
Jesus died.
Buddha died.
What does that say about everyday folks like me and you?

The question is NOT if we are going to die.
The question is How are we going to die.

Shall we die consumed with selfishness
and it’s fear, regret and aggression?
Or do we choose to die in peace
and it’s insight, love and joy?

That is a good way to die.
Couldn’t that also be a great way to live?

A Meal Blessing
Saturday, the 3rd of March, 2007

Mr. S, recently wrote:

“Everyday so many beings are dying or died.
Everyday so many are left behind.
A tornado stuck in Alabama.
People are dying in wars, of illnesses, starvation, and the like.

If you could take some time each day
and say a prayer or dedicate the merit of your practice
to those who dies and those who are left behind,
it would be a good thing to do.”

Dear Mr. S,

I was taught
that every meal or drink of water
is a great opportunity to both
generate and share good karma.

I do so
with the following prayers:

#1
Thank you La-ma Chen-re-zig
for your presence in my life.
Thank you for pacifying my karmic negativities
increasing my virtuous merit

guiding me directly and indirectly
and lavishing me with the blessings
of your body, speech and mind;
Om Ma-ni Pad-me Hum!

#2
I partake of this delicious food {water}
as an offering
to La-ma Chen-re-zig
who emanates

in his pea-sized aspect
of bliss-inducing light
upon this Throat-center;
Om Ma-ni Pad-me Hum!

#3
May ALL who have perished
over the last Forty-nine days
especially all who have perished
in the provision of this meal

or at my hand
now take immediate and auspicious Po-ta-la rebirth
without any other rebirths intervening.
And once there quickly accomplish full enlightenment

so they can better aid and liberate all others;
Om Ma-ni Pad-me Hum!

By this virtue may I quickly attain
the enlightened state of La-ma Chen-re-zig
and then lead every living being
without exception to that state.

May everyone be healthy, wealthy and happy,
may everyone practice skillfully and joyfully,
may everyone accomplish Chen-re-zig in THIS life
and then help many others do likewise;

for truly that is the meaning of life;
Om Ma-ni Pad-me Hum!

Mr. S,
Most of us eat three meals every day,
and drink a little water every hour,
so this three minuet practice could very well be performed 12-16 times every day.
I certainly hope this helps you to be of greater service to others.

Have Lunch With God

A little boy wanted to meet God. He knew it was a
long trip to where God lived, so he packed his suitcase
with a bag of corn chips and a six pack of root beer, and
he started his journey. When he had gone about three
blocks, he met an old woman. She was sitting in the park,
just staring at some pigeons. The boy sat down next to
her and opened his suitcase. He was about to take a drink
from his root beer when he noticed that the old lady looked
hungry, so he offered her some chips. She gratefully accepted
it and smiled at him.

Her smile was so pretty that the boy wanted to see it again,
so he offered her a root beer. Again, she smiled at him. The
boy was delighted! They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling,
but they never said a word.

As it grew dark, the boy realized how tired he was and he got up
to leave, but before he had gone more than a few steps, he turned
around, ran back to the old woman, and gave her a hug. She gave
him her biggest smile ever.

When the boy opened the door to his own house a short time later,
his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face. She asked
him, "What did you do today that made you so happy?" He replied,
"I had lunch with God."

But before his mother could respond, he added, "You know what?
She's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen!"

Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned to her home.
Her son was stunned by the look of peace on her face and he asked,
"Mother, what did you do today that made you so happy?" She replied,
"I ate corn chips in the park with God." However, before her son
responded, she added, "You know, he's much younger than I expected."

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word,
a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring,
all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or lifetime. Embrace
all equally! Send this to people who have touched your life in a special
way. Let them know how important they are.

Have lunch with God........bring chips...

Embrace the Ferociously Happy Heart.
Open wide the chest,
open wide it’s cage!
Free the Ferociously Happy Heart.

Stand with legs wide,
stand with a Warrior’s strength,
stand with a Mountain’s solidity.

There is NO puzzle of why…
just the wonder of what,
just the magick of Now!

Ultimately, the cloying slave driver of analysis
can NOT be grasped!

Take to the skies and fly
with the Ferociously Happy Heart!

Do NOT compress
the Ferociously Happy Heart.

Do NOT seek to contrive
the Ferociously Happy Heart.

It is the reality
lurking behind the dream.
It is the reality
dancing being the dream.

It is our true nature!

Come, let us increase our capacity for Joy!

to violently “Pierce” the “veil of illusion,”
when all that is required
is to simply, let go.

It is folly
to chase after contemplative experience
like a silly child,
running to find the end of a rainbow!

Rather,
courageously,

embrace the truth of THIS present moment.

No, NOT the idealized, ultra blissful “present moment”
of escapist fantasy;
but THIS authentic present moment,
be it gorgeous or grotesque.

Feel what you feel
and relax!

Yes, there are those
who rejoice to harm us.

But seen through the eyes
of enlightened courage
they can only
make us stronger.

This is NOT false strength
that comes from resisting;
this is true strength
that comes from surrender.

From Surrender
to a naked awareness of THIS present moment
and all it’s conventional Vulgarity…

from Surrender
to a naked awareness of THIS present moment
and all it’s ultimate Beauty!

An awareness
that is naked,
striped bare
and free from resistance…

free from avoidance,
free from retribution,
free from retreat,
free from deflection.

Breath deep
and embrace the ugliness of the nightmare
and you will relax
into the nature of the dream!

and embrace the ugliness of Hell
and you will relax
into the nature of Heaven.

Do NOT drop your head.
Do NOT cave your chest.

to protect your heart in vain.

be habitually Annoyed or angry?

Could you, or maybe someone you know;
be habitually Controlling or manipulative?
Could you, or maybe someone you know;
be habitually, Disorganized, scattered or irresponsible?

Could you, or maybe someone you know;
be forever denying personal responsibility or accountability

And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia
once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.

The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring
child.

The winner was a four year old child whose next door
neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost
his wife.

Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old
gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat
there.

When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor,
the little boy said,

this is a little painful.... the loss of ones soul?

hmm, how to start, well, with a question i supose, has anyone else here experienced what it means to lose ones soul? i felt once that i had lost mine, i had been betrayed by my best friend for twelve years, used to evil ends, deliberately convinced that i was worth nothing and that all hope was a lie,persuaded to participate in the destruction of others( by persuading me that it was for their own good, that the actions we took would benefit them in the long run and they ONLY looked like they were falling apart and then that destroying them was the first step in remaking them) and myself, cut off from friends, family,and anyone that could or would help me in any way. I was an un-witting recruiter for a new cult and my friend for years was the cult leader. I had lost everything, friends, family, job, money,was living on the street at the end, and could not even remember my own past, who i was or what i wanted or even if these things were important. i was raw in a way i cannot describe, i was very empathic to begin with, and this ability was maxed out, and i was so raw i could not handle even the slightest painful emotion from any living thing around me, and not even plants were excluded. At the end when i thought i would rather not exist, and that my soul was forever lost to me, i simply lay down and waited, but fortunately i have a good survival instinct that made me keep moving, mostly against my will, but moving nonethess, and felt like a failure in that too, i couldnt even DIE! i simply could not lie down and die, therefore i must live, so i decided to break all the rules, and by doing so, broke a lot of the programming that bound me. What i am describing is a focussed destructive programming by a cult leader, believe me, everything i am telling you is the gods honest truth, this was about four years ago, there are monsters out there that will convince you that you have no soul and thus trick you into giving it up to them. I found mine, by accident, or by a miracle, and have since began the long painful process of putting myself back together, slowly and with great care and sometimes insane risk and a lot of fear involved, but what i am asking of yuo now is this" Has Anyone else ever experienced anything likethis? And what did YOU do to pull yourself back together, or are doing? this isnt your normal post , i know, and i apologize if this is uhhh....too out there , its difinitely not comfortable for me, but i thought if there was anyone out there that had experienced something like this i would be appreciative for any insight, and would be happy to share mine. I feel like i owe something to others for the part i played, even though it was entirely not of my choice, i have never been a cruel or wicked person and i would never KNOWINGLY participate in someones destruction although i have watched many of my former friends walk down this exact same path and were not as fortunate as i to escape. Any thoughts?

Soli-Lunar Astrology for Gemini New Moon

In this column, we follow the transits of the planets beginning with the New Moon.
There are 13 or 14 New Moons in a year, not 12, so there will be the same number of these columns as we follow a soul based, feeling oriented, and more natural calendar regarding our earthly cycles (not oriented toward the archaic and awkward calendar that has confused things since the Romans imposed it on this world long ago).

Transits for 5/26-6/25

We begin with a New Moon in Gemini, which is the sign of communication, education, people, and ideas. It’s also a sign of contradiction, so we can expect contradictory behaviors, decisions, and communications in the coming month. Mercury will be in Gemini (but not conjunct Sun or Moon) and it will also square Uranus. This implies the potential for unpredictable scattering of energy that is akin to herding cats, and plans that are made during this time will be highly idealist and innovative, but fluffy in outcome and perhaps bearing little fruit. In my last column, I mentioned the powerful potential for profound change that would move thru during mid-May. So, if you didn’t initiate during that time, it may become harder to focus and carry thru at this time (especially if strong in Virgo or Pisces, i.e., Sun. Moon. Rising). If you were born under the Gemini influence (or other air signs) this flutter-by energy could seem like a breath of fresh summer air, full of ideas and potential, and some of us thrive on that! There is not much support for the earth signs here, at least until Venus enters Taurus on May 30th, then a greater commitment and beauty can ensue. In fact, as this lunation describes so much variety, a survey of all of our greatest hits and some of our fears will be passing in front of our eyes for us to let go of or address. But Venus in Taurus in combination with this "diffuse cornucopia" can give direction thru social life, pleasures, and beauty. Take advantage of this early and often.
As this month is such a mixed bag of aspects with little focus early on, the expression and energy will be different for each individual, and hard to describe in a comprehensive manner that will ring true for us all. There are a few coalescing aspects coming up in June that are decisive and describable. As Venus transits thru Taurus 5/30-6/24, it moves into alignment with Jupiter and Saturn (conjunct) Mars, forming a T square, which is usually stressful for most. Jupiter is retrograde in Scorpio having to do with an abundance of transformation, emotion, and strong life passages. This journey of Jupiter's is year long. Saturn in Leo has the potentially confusing contradiction of serious commitment and fun and sometimes can constrict the joy of this sign. Mars joins Saturn in Leo on 6/2, and these are in conjunction or similar position in the middle of the month. This can be excellent for providing motivation and drive toward pleasure, love, and identifying your own desires in order to take action.
While this can be a positive force toward accomplishment, Venus and Jupiter both pull on this, along with the Moon at various points, as well as Neptune later in July. Since Jupiter has to do with abundance and Venus with pleasure, beauty, finance, it is easy to go overboard, over-indulge, over spend, or scatter energy thru either determination or indulgence. For those who don’t desire drama in their personal lives, I advise a more conservative approach without fixed expectations. To the rest of us, the contradictions found in the fixed polarity of this time will certainly gives us a lot to be dramatic about. Certainly, do not try to stop the mountain from moving, the flood from occurring, or your lover from leaving thru sheer determination as this is where the conflict arises. For those of us who enjoy the Chinese paradigm of “may be good, May be bad” choices and results, we can have the times of our lives. Beyond this, the effects will be very individualized with lots of stories to unfold. May we live in interesting times!
The retrograde of Jupiter will slow to a stop July, so whatever is undone in June is redone and integrated in the hot summer sun.
The dust settles only after the Summer Solstice (Wed. 6/21 5:46 am pdt), which is also the last few days of the Moon cycle. This implies introversion and souls searching 6/21-5 even as the summer sun is stimulating in joyful communion- again in contrast. In fact, the solstice day is one in which the Moon aligns again into a T-square with Jupiter and Saturn. Many of the emotional aspects brought up by the cacophony of contradictory planetary voices will be resolved during the next lunation, so stay tuned.
Also of note is the retrograde of Uranus and Neptune. Retrogrades are the apparent backward motions of planets as seen from Earth. The outer planets do this for 5 months out of the year, and stationary or not moving for a few weeks on either side of that. The stationary times are more significant than the retrogrades are, as a laser beam is to light.
Neptune begins its yearly retrograde 5/23,implying more of what was stated at the beginning of this column regarding great ideas dissolving into committees, discussion groups, and frustrating action. Similarly, Uranus retrograde beginning 6/19 could dissolve and diffuse the group vision into many diverse and divergent pathways. For some, this can also provided serendipitous openings. These are not dire aspects, but they do have the potential for “following thru with the plan”, whatever it was.
Speaking of diffusion, there are endless aspects to describe for the coming month, but again each individual will experience them differently. Clear intention helps.

I would love to find some friends that truly enjoy the art of passionate kissing. Hours on end, snuggling, caressing and being. I don't think that 99.9% of the people I know could handle a relationship like this without creating drama or wanting to push it further.

I just love to kiss and snuggle, hold and be held. Anyone else??? I think this is the right tribe...I'm new, so please direct me if you feel I need guidance.

A water bearer in India had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, perfect for which it was made. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what had been made to do.

After 2 years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you. I have been able to deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you don't get full value from your efforts, " the pot said.

The bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side? That's because I have always known about your flaw, and I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you've watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house.

But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are, and look for the good in them.

Subject: Happy Friendship Week!

One day, when I was a freshman in high school,

I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.

His name was Kyle.

It looked like he was carrying all of his
books.

I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday?

He must really be a nerd."

I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.

As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him.

They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt.

His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him.

He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes

My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him and as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.

As I handed him his glasses, I said, "Those guys are jerks.

They really should get lives.

" He looked at me and said, "Hey thanks!"

There was a big smile on his face.

It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.

I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived.

As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before.

He said he had gone to private school before now.

I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.

We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books.

He turned out to be a pretty cool kid..

I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my friends

He said yes.

We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.

Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again.

I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!

" He just laughed and handed me half the books.

Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends.

When we were seniors, we began to think
about college.

Kyle decided on Georgetown, and I
was going to Duke.

I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a problem.

He was going to be a doctor, and I was going for business on a football scholarship.

Kyle was valedictorian of our class.

I teased him all the time about being a nerd.

He had to prepare a speech for graduation.

I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak

Graduation day, I saw Kyle.

He looked great.

He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school.

He filled out and actually looked good in glasses.

He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him.

Boy, sometimes I was jealous.

Today was one of those days.

I could see that he was nervous about his speech.

So, I smacked him on the back and said, "Hey, big guy, you'll be great!"

He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and smiled.

"Thanks," he said.

As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began

"Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those tough years.

Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly your friends...

I am here to tell all of you that being a
friend to someone is the best gift you can give them.

I am going to tell you a story."

I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the story of the first day we met.

He had planned to kill himself over the weekend.

He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.

He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.

"Thankfully, I was saved.

My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable."

I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest moment.

I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.

Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.

Never underestimate the power of your actions.

With one small gesture you can change a person's life.

For better or for worse.

God puts us all in each other's lives to impact one another in some way.

Look for God in others.

I've dreamed of traveling for a while now. My soul never loved the corporate world working at Geico and I freed myself. Took off to Arizona, travled around for a few weeks. Moved back to VA to care for my Mom. She's all better after a few months now i'm back on the road. While I was in VA I had a great opportunity working for Intregal Yoga a very new age openminded store. I purchased a full seven bowl crystal singing bowl set. They are incredible for meditation and I hope to share them in my travels. I also met a really awsome woman online while searching where I wished to travel. So I left for a week and ended up meeting this woman in Salt Lake. No... she's not mormon hehe .
She is a really cool chick I dig her and i've been here for the past couple weeks living with her. Split rent with her which did hurt my budget as i've not yet found a job. Ultimately I feel like she's kinda drawn me into a serious relationship i'm not ready for. I've tried to talk to her and shes come at me with some serious reactions. She showed me how big of a bitch she can be which she admits... Virgos... /sigh. But I don't think I can deal with that or really want that.
Let me shut up now and get to it...

I believe my lifes mission is to serve. God... the Tao... Humanity... whatever. I'm very spiritual no particular denomination if I had to pick I would be Taoist. In meditation I am constantly reminded my mission is to be selfless. This is something i'm slowly growing into and is amazing. The bowls helped me a lot allowing me to really help and share something with people. Now I want to further my selflessness, letting go of my ego, building on my future skills as an artist. I'm ready to travel if needs be or stay in Salt Lake. I don't think i'm meant to be with this woman which I will tell her shortly.
If you have any advice of some great places, communities, monestaries, schools, or a couch to lend? I think i'd like to continue west as i've never been to California. I also really wanna see Montana, Oregon, Washington... ok hell I wanna go everywhere.

healing education...

greetings,

i am new here... beautiful tribe! i have a couple of questions-- about five years ago i discovered that i was a healer. over the course of the last few years, a very consistent, completely intuitive healing modality has emerged for me. it is a combination of energy and body work and the people i have worked on have shocked me with their positive feedback. from what i can tell, it is closest in nature to shamanistic healing, but all i truly know is that it comes through me from a consciousness bigger that i. so i have decided to heed the call and formally educate myself with the intention of sustaining myself spiritually and financially doing something that i love while sharing my gifts to aid in others' healing.

my question here is: what kinds of schools are out there? i have looked into the heartwood institute and it seems to be a fantastic place... but i am curious to hear about many different schools in all sorts of magickal places. it's difficult to research these schools online, as school-generated literature is no substitute for personal experience. so c'mon... where did you go to school (if you did)? did you love it? was it a community space? supportive? a discerning education? how about the location? employment in the area?

i realize i am asking for a lot of info... feel free to share as much or as little as you feel inspired to. any and all tidbits will be of great assistance to me on my journey!

I can feel the longing and passion in the air, and in the energy surrounding us, yet he is patient, present, respectful, waiting for the right moment to continue and explore . . .

His kisses are deep yet tender reaching in touching my soul and holding onto to it for minutes at a time, not moving in any frenzy to stir emotions beyond the slow simmer, he savors the sultry connection and knows the art of tenderness.

To hear his deep sighs, knowing my touch has reached a place inside that hasn’t been felt in a long, long time, if ever. Gentle, sweet, tender sincere in wanting to touch him, in wanting to show him the love, give him the joy and pleasure of my heart and body.

‘Sweet, sweetie, sweetness’ I hear ringing through the air as I take him into my mouth, a place where there are no words, yet I dance and sing and make joy with him. I hear his deep sighs of pleasure and can feel his energy building up going to a higher place, no longer in this dense and heavy forest.

We are both being swept away on a magical wave, the water is lush and soothing, caressing away all the jagged edges and filling in the empty crevasses. I rise on a wave and come down again with him underneath me, “oh God, my God, God, God” rings through the air and I know we have reached the place where souls can meet and know each other for the first time, beyond the heavy shroud of words and appearance. He fills me up as I enfold him and sink down ever further, and further and deeper into the velvet underground where all is at peace and there are no questions of who I am or who he is for in this place we are all connected.

Connected to the beginning of time, the original idea, the feeling of oneness we are all part of . . . yet loose track of in this physical form where just a fraction of the original soul is encased. Daylight breaks, and we are thrust back into this encasement with just the memory and a knowingness that another plane exists and the journey begins again with a passion and longing to get back to the velvet underground.

Ever looked ionto someones eyes, at a moment in a conversations where you understood them, all of a sudden everything becomes brighter and brighter, and you both disapear, so does time, and when you come back, three hours had passed, when all you thought was that you were in the restaurant for about 45 minutes? YOu know that you went somewhere, but not sure where, when you got back, all you knew was that you just witnessed the dieapeareance and reapearance of someone into light?

I've been considering being a donation-taker, one who agrees to have sex that I would enjoy and accept money (money to meet serious use at this time) from a generous man. Why do you all think about that? I've been engaged in a deep moral quandry over it. I know that a morality is only ever a personal order, but I'd welcome any enlightened feedback. On the one hand, I would be making my choices as to with whom I'd meet, based on my own physical and energy attraction to him, and I would like to accept whatever help someone is generous enough to offer. On the other hand, I have internal rumblings over the danger of making sex a means to an end in my system, a job, the idea of which feels gross. I'm not looking to deal with that kind of karma. On the third hand, this could be just whatever I make it to be...

plane and use it to extinguish the raging fire of temper in the
heart, and take the real fire of open awareness out of the tem-
permental fire in the heart and use it to burn away greed on
the earthly plane, thus the true earthly and the true celestial
will combine harmoniously, real water and real fire will not be
seperated, and from not being settled one can arrive at settle-
ment. This will restore the original being, in which the celes-
tial is strong and the earthly obeys it, endowed with innate
knowledge and innate capacity.

"But preserving settlement and bringing about setttlement,
striving and nonstriving, involve different methods, with dis-
tinct approaches. Therefore the meaning of being settled is
the prevention of danger by illuminatioin, and the meaning
of not yet being settled is the extraction of illumination from
danger. Preventing danger by illumination, warding off peril
to nurture illumination, repelling conditioning within the
primordial, is the means to preserve settlement. Extracting
illumination from danger, using illumination to break
through danger, retrieving the primorial within the temporal,
is the way to bring about settlement.

"The secrets of preserving settlement and bringing about set-
tlement are no more than this. Going along with conditioning
produces humans, reversing conditioning produces sages. It is
not easy to understand what is meant by this reversal."

"At the end of being unsettled, when settlement is taking place,
one can believe yin and yang will settle each other, this pro-
ceeding naturally and not depending on forced effort. So one
can drink wine, have a party, without blame. However, al-
though there is complete settlement in terms of celestial time,
still human affairs cannot be neglected; one does one's best in
human affairs, thereby assisting the way of heaven. Then hea-
ven and humanity act together; having faith in settlement, this
faith is right. Otherwise, settlement in celestial time will be no
more than a chance interval: Without the accomplishment of
adjusting water and fire, the primordial treasure that has come
will go again. This is like getting the head wet, having faith
that no longer is right. This is effecting settlement by taking
advantage of the time to use human power to accomplish it.

"So the path of settling the unsettled has two aspects. When
yang energy is trapped, one must refine the self, biding the time,
thereby preventing danger. Once yang energy has emerged from
the trap, one should use illumination to dispel darkness, thereby
converting yin. Only when intensity and relaxation, advancing
and withdrawing, are properly timed is this the path of twin cul-
tivation of essence and life in which yin and yang settle and com-
plete each other. So students who would practice the Tao should
start by self-refinement."

I am from Australia and it is harder not being there
But I so love sharing these and it excites me to watch others open there hearts to this.
I had people quit smoking , give up sugar, some have gone on to be artists and others use the tools I have given them in there daily lives to create what it is they want.
I love sharing these with a passion and I hope to be able to reach out to more souls
